1.  AP Grama Volunteer – How to Apply :

     a.  AP Grama Volunteer Application Link to Apply Online http://gramavolunteer.ap.gov.in

     b.  Click on Apply now

     i.  Step -1 : Eligibility Criteria:

     1.  Fill the required field of Place, Qualification, date of Birth & click on check button displayed (If eligible then Step-2 option will be displayed)

     ii.  Step -2 : User Authentication:

       1.  User need to entre Aadhaar Number in the mentioned filed along with OTP(OTP will be sent to registered mobile number) & click on Verify button for validation

     iii.  Step -3: Demography Details:

       1.  Demography details will be displayed, User need to enter Current Residence address details for communication, Residence proof to be uploaded (Voter card/Ration card/Residence Certificate. (Image size for uploading should be less than 1MB).

       2.  Click on Upload button & ensure to receive confirmation on pop-up of upload. Current Mobile number & E-mail ID to be updated for communication purpose. Click on Go & Continue

     iv.  Step 4 : Education Qualification details:

       1.  Rural : SSC & Intermediate Documents to be uploaded by filling required fields(Mandate)

       2.  Urban : SSC & Graduation Documents to be uploaded by filling the required fields(Mandate)

       3.  Tribal Villages : SSC Documents to be uploaded(Mandate)

       4.  Click on Go & Continue

     v.  Step 5 : Socio Economic Details:

       1.  OC : No documents required for uploading

       2.  Other than OC : User need to upload relevant documents(Mee-Seva Certificate) by selecting the required category fields(Image size for uploading should be less than 1MB)

       3.  Disabled Category : relevant option to be selected

       a. If user is disabled then Sadaram Certificate to be uploaded

     vi. Step 6 :  Declaration: User need to click on Check box displayed & click on Apply button.

2.  AP Grama Volunteer – Scrutiny/Verification :

     a.  MPDO is authorized to verify/validate the applications submitted in APGV website.

     b.  MPDO will be given a separate login page to verify/validate.

     c.  MPDO will be given OTP based login credentials tothe Mobile number.

     d.  MPDO will verify the applicants details with the data available in the portal.

     e.  Steps for Verification/Validation:

           i.  Applicants Age to be verified with SSC certificate
          ii.  Applicants name to be verified with SSC/Intermediate/Graduate
          iii. Applicant’s uploaded Education/Qualification Certificates to be verified(SSC/Intermediate/Diploma/Graduate)
          iv.  Applicants Mee-Seva Certificates to be verified for Socio Economic details
          v.  Sadarem Certificate to be verified in case of Disabled category
          vi.  Application will be submitted only after validating all above mentioned criteria’sduly selecting the appropriate check boxes
          vii.  MPDO will finally validate the application as Accept / Reject
          viii.  MPDO will update proper remarks for rejected cases

3.  AP Grama Volunteer – Interview Procedure : 

     a.  Applicants who met the eligibility criteria of Age & Education Qualification will be called for personal interview.

     b.  Applicants to carry all original documents which are uploaded in the portal for interview.

     c.  Selected applicants list will be published in the website (http://gramavolunteer.ap.gov.in)& will also be displayed in Grama Panchayaths.
