ORDER:
It is to inform that in the reference 1stcited, the Secretary to Government , Department for the Women, Children, Differently Abled & Sr. Citizens issued orders to exempt the Visually Challenged employees from Biometric attendance, duly permitting them to continue the old system of making attendance, on humanitarian grounds. The Director, Welfare of Differently Abled, Transgender & Sr. Citizens, A.P., also requested to communicate the orders to all departments in the District.
Therefore, while enclosing a copy of Govt. memo first cited, orders are hereby issued to all the District Officers in the District to exempt the Visually Challenged employees working in your department from biometric attendance and to continue the old syatem or making attendance in the attendance register.
All the District Officers are requested to communicate the orders to all
subordinate offices/institutions for necessary action.
