Ref: Representation of the DMWOs of Kumool,Kadapa,Anathapur, Chltoor Nellore & Guntur Dt 27--06-2018.

     It Is submitted that, In the reference cited, the DMWOs, Kurnool, Kadapa, Anathapur, Olitoor, Nellore & Guntur Informed that, the Minorities students are approaching them for issue of Minorities certificate for attending the Counselling for NEET where the Minorities Certificates were Insisted from the Minorities Dept.,for securing seat In Minority Institutions. Therefore, the DMWOs have requested to authorize them to issue Minority Certificate for admissions under NEET. Further,all the DMWOS have requested to frame guidelines to issue Minority certificate for Minorities after obtaining the documents from the candidates as mentioned Below.

1.  Representation of the applicant / parent Indicating the purpose for which the Minorities Certificates Is required.

2.  Integrated COmmunlty Certificate/ Caste Issued by the Tahsildar which indcates Caste with group eg:OC, BC-E,BC-C , BC-B-Dudekula.

3.  SSC Transfer certificates of the students which Indicates the Nationality / religion.

4.  Rank Card / Admit card of NEET or any other National or State Leve. exam or Recruitment where Minority CertificateInsisted.

5.  Aadhar Card / Ration Card

     Therefore all the DMWOs In the state are requested to Issue "Minority Certificate wherever such certificateis requested for NEET Counselling after obtaining the above documents from the candidates
