    I invite  attention to the subject and references cited.

    In  the  reference  1st  cited,  the  Government  have  issued  orders  withdrawing  the Drawing  powers  of  HMs/HWOs  of  Tribal  Welfare  Department  and  declared  the  ATWOs  of Tribal  Welfare  Department  as  Drawing  and  Disbursement  Ofcer  to  the  Hostels  and Ashram  Schools  under  (05)  Educational  Institutions.

    Considering  the  request  of  the  Tribal  Welfare  Teachers'  Associations,  in  the reference  2nd  cited,  the  Director  of  Treasuries  and Accounts  has  permitted the  HMs  of  the Ashram  Schools  to  act  as  DDOs,  but  in  respect  of  (193)  Ashram  Schools  without  HM posts,  the  ATWOs  are  given responsibility  of  DDOs. 

    Now,  the  Govt.  vide  reference  3rd  cited,  have  issued  amendment  orders  to  the G.O.1st  cited  permitted  the  senior  staf  member  of  the  school,  who  acts  as  the  head  of the  ofce,  where  there  is  no sanctioned HM  post  to carryout  the  functions  of  a  DDO  also.

    As  a  result,  the  following  is  the  details  of  the  DDOs  in  the  T.W.Educational Institutions:           

    In  view  of  the  above  circumstances,  the  Director  of  Treasuries  &  Accounts, Vijayawada  is  requested  to  issue  necessary  instructions  to  DTOs  of  the  Districts  to  allow to  draw  and  disburse  the  salaries  of  employees  working  in  Tribal  Welfare  Department  as per  the  reference  cited.
