It is informed that, Dr. N.V. Warlu, Director, Warlu’s Institute of Success Education and Leading Motivational Speaker, Vijayawada has been appointed as Middle Level Consultant in School Education Department to design and impact training / counselling programmes to the students, teachers and administrators of School Education Department. Accordingly, he is conducting Motivational Training Programmes to the X class students in the districts.
As a part of this, Dr. N.V. Warlu, Middle Level Consultant will take up Motivational Training programmes to the X class students of Chittoor and West Godavari districts. The details are as follows:
1. Chittoor - 6th , 7th and 9th , 10th Feb 2019
2. West Godavari - 11th to 13th Feb 2019
The topics:
• Stress free Education
• Career guidance
• Joyful learning
• Performance outcome
• Enhance results in Examination.
The following arrangements have to be made for the training
programme in the district:
↪To identify suitable venue for accommodating 250 to 500 students per batch.
↪To conduct 2 batches per day per venue (1st batch 10 a.m to 1.00 p.m & 2nd batch 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm)
↪To provide minimum logistics such as Public address system, suitable hall, seating arrangement, drinking water etc.
↪To record minutes and to prepare documentation for each session.
Therefore, the District Educational Officer, Chittoor and West districts are requested to identify suitable venue and gather X class students 250 to 500 students per batch from nearby Govt./ZP/Mpl/ Aided schools for above said Motivational Training programme in their respective districts on the above said dates. And also arrange a suitable officer to obtain feedback from the students and submit to this office for taking further necessary action
in the matter.
Dr. N.V.Warlu, Middle Level consultant of this office is requested to take up the Motivational Programmes to X Class students in Chittoor and West Godavari districts as per the above schedule duly contacting with the concerned District Educational Officers in advance for making necessary arrangements etc.
