    After careful examination of the request of Sri T.Suryanarayana, Joint Commissioner, A.P.Bhavan, New Delhi and the consentgiven by the Parent Department i.e. A.P.Bhavan in therefere nce 4th read above,Government hereby post Sri T.Suryanarayana, Joint Commissioner, A.P.Bhavan, NewDelhi, as Additional State Project Director, Sarva Siksha Abhiyan in the O/o State Project Director,Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, A.P., Vijayawada, on deputation basis under Foreign Service terms and conditions initialy for a period of oneyear, from the date of taking charge of the post, as per the terms and conditions stipulated in the reference 1st read above,duly relieving Sri K.NageswaraRao, Secretary, APKGBV from the In-charge of the post of Additional State Project Director, SSA, in the O/o State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, A.P.,  with immediate effect. Sri K.Nageswara Rao shal report to Commissioner of School Education for further posting orders.

2. The State Project Director, Sarva Siksha Abhiyan, A.P., Amaravathi who is the borrowing authority shal pay salary and pension contribution to the Parent Department of the above officer on deputation, as per the orders issued  in G.O. 2nd read above, as Sarva Siksha Abhiyan is geting more than 50% grant from the Government of India funds.

3. The State Project Director, Sarva Siksha Abhiyan, A.P. /The Resident Commissioner, A.P. Bhavan, New Delhi shal take further necessary action accordingly and intimate the date of joining of theo fficer to the Government.
