The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of RMSA in the State is invited to the reference 2nd read  above, wherein  instructions  issued  to  pay  the  honorarium  to  the following outsourcing staff working in the Girls Hostels attached to Model Schools from the District Treasury duly submitting the bills from the District Drawing & Disbursing Officer i.e., Asst. Director-I in 0/o. District Educational Officer, RMSA.

1. Warden (01)    -   01
2. Chowkidar (01)-  01
3. Head cook (01) -  01
4. Asst. Cooks (02) - 02

   But some Treasury officers are objecting their Designations of the Outsourcing staff for payment  of Honorarium to the staff working in the Girls Hostels attached to the Model Schools.

   Hence, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of RMSA in the State and all the Principals of Model Schools are hereby instructed to follow the modified Designations of the Outsourcing staff as mentioned by the Government in the G.O.Ms.No.151 in  1st read above and modify the designations accordingly as stated below.

   Therefore, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of RMSA and all the Principals of Model Schools are requested to claim the honorarium of the Outsourcing staff working in the Girls Hostels as per the above designations to avoid complications in the matter.
