4. From the CEO, Dr.NTRVS Trust, AP, Guntur e-file No.HMF01/6/2018-Advisor –AP-HMFW, dated:18.12.2018

Guidelines :
i. Delivery/C section with at least one USG and diagnostics including focussed screening for anaemia and gestational diabetes in each of three trimesters:100% of package rates.

ii. Delivery /C section with at least one USG and diagnostics including focussed screening for anaemia and gestational diabetes in 2nd & 3rd trimesters: 95% package rates.

iii. Delivery /C section with at least one USG and diagnostics including focussed screening for anaemia and gestational diabetes in only 3rd trimester : 85% of package rates.

iv. Delivery /C section with no USG and diagnostics including focussed screening for anaemia and gestational diabetes in any trimester: 80% of package rates.

 2. The Chief Executive Officer, Dr. NTRVS Trust, AP, Guntur District shall take necessary action accordingly.

 3. This orders issues with the concurrence of the Finance(FMU.HM&FW.I) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01-FMUOPC(HMF1)/2/2018-FMU-HM&FW, dated:27.12.2018.
