Sub: APSSA - Civil Works - Dilapidated structures relating to school education-Demarking with red colour - Certain instructions issued -Reg.

    All the Project Officers / the Executive Engineers. APSSAof the State are req uested to furnish the  list of dilapidated  class roomss, compound walls, toilet blocks. 1Gtcbe n sheds. stages, cycle sheds and other structure in the premises of school and amount required for dismantling with line estimates to District administration for further necessary action.
    Further requested to earmark all such structures with red paint and print logo (Danger) on the dilapidated structures to educate the children.

Hence all the Project Officers / the Executive Engineers, APSSA of the State are instructed to furnish the list of dilapidated class roomss, compound walls, Toilet blocks, kitchen sheds, stages and cycle sheds  and  other  structure  in  the  premisess of  school  and  amount required  for dismantling with line  estimates  to  District  Collectors  for accord  sanctions.



This should be treated as most urgent
