1. G.O.Ms. No.47, School Education (TRG) Department, dated:23.08.2018.
2. G.O.RT. No.247, School Education (TRG) Department, dated:23.08.2018. 3. File No.E2/3126/APEWIDC/2013 of the O/o of the APEWIDC.
4. Writ Petition No: 30739 of 2018 filed by Sri L.Anand Rao, S/o Lanka Narasimha Rao
O R D E R:
In the reference 1st read above Govt., have approved for the panel year 2017-18 of Deputy Executive Engineers fit for promotion to the post of Executive Engineers under category-III of Rule 3 of A.P. Education & Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation Employees Service Rules, 2013.
2. In the reference 2nd read above Govt., have issued orders for promotion to the post of Executive Engineers (12 nos) under category – III of Rule, 3 of APEWIDC Employees Service Rules, 2013.
3. In the circumstances stated by the Managing Director, APEWIDC, Vijayawada in the reference 3rd read above and after careful examination of the matter, Government is hereby issued the following posting orders to the Executive Engineers:-
(i) The Managing Director, APEWIDC is requested to make necessary in-charge arrangements to the following (3) Executive Engineers on their reporting to the Managing Director, APEWIDC as instructed in para (3) above :-
(a) Sri N. Nageshwar Rao, Executive Engineer kept as in-charge for the post of Superintending Engineer at Head Office (O/o. MD, APEWIDC)
(b) Sri P. Pratap Reddy, Executive Engineer kept as in-charge for the post of Superintending Engineer at Guntur Circle.
(c) Sri M. Vijaya Kumar, Executive Engineer kept as in-charge for the post of Superintending Engineer at Kadapa Circle.
(ii) He is also requested to make necessary in-charge arrangements to the following Deputy Executive Engineers:-
(a) Place Sri V. Adinarayana, Deputy Executive Engineer as in-charge Executive Engineer, Visakhapatnam.
(b) Place Sri E.Rambabu, Deputy Executive Engineer as in-charge Executive Engineer, Nellore.
2. The MD, APEWIDC, Vijayawada shall take necessary further action accordingly.
