Please refer to the letter of even number dated 16th November, 2018 issued by Shri Maneesh Garg.Joint Secretary, Ministry of HRD,Government of India.
2. Unfortunately, YouTube has started to block the direct uploading of bulk videos on Bhasha Sangam channel. This is very surprising because these videos are showing children learning a few sentences in languages listed under the Constitution and this initiative should have been supported.
3. In order to ensure that schools can still send videos, an alternate procedure has been devised and is annexed. Please circulate this to all schools in your State/UT .
4. It is reiterated that the Department of School Education & Literacy, MHRD will recognize and award the best schools, the best blocks, the best districts and the best States/UTs on the basis of uploaded I submitted photographs and videos.

Instructions to schools for up loading the Bhasha Sangam Videos on YouTube
1. Use your own GMAIL Account to log in to YouTube
2. Upload the videos in YouTube using your own account (Follow the instructions given in bhashasangam.ncert.org.in and do all the settings correctly)
3. While uploading video of Bhasha Sangam in YouTube, schools need to add the flowing details in description box
(i) Language
(ii) Name of the school
(iii) Full address of the school
(iv) State
(v) Details of the video in few lines
(vi) Contact mail id
(*If any of the above details are not given, video will not be accepted)
4. Submit the link of the YouTube Video with NCERT in the given link bhashasangam.ncert.org.in
5. First NCERT will prepare a state/UT/organi ation wise playlist on YouTube
Next NCERT will download these videos and populate on Bhasha Sangam YouTube Channel for its use by all.
