ORDER:
It has been decided by the Competent Authority to continue to the implementationof Teaching at Right Level programme (3 years programme) in the said three districts for onemore year 2018-19. The Pratham Education Foundation, Hyderabad was authorized tocontinue the implementation of the above programme in 3 districts as stated above for theacademic year2}l8-lgvidereference3rdcited. The total cost of the project amount toRs. 5,32,06,0981- (Rupees Five Crores Thirty Two Lakhs Six Thousand and Ninety Eightonly) andout ofthis, an amount ofRs.1,45,43,333/- ( Ananthapuramu: Rs.72,0g,6lg/-,Kurnool: Rs.36,87,508/- & Yizianagaram: Rs. 36,47,207/-) is transferred to the prathamEducation on75oh as initial lst Instalment and an amount of Rs.3,86,62,765/- is to be incurredby the said DPOs as internal cost of the project.
Under powers bested by the State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, AndhraPradesh, Amaravati, Sanction is hereby accorded to release an amount of Rs. 41951701264/-(Rupees Four Cores Ninety five lakhs Seventy thousand Two hundred and Sixty fouronly) to TaRL Programme (ie) 75% in lst installment as advance to the Pratham EducationFoundation, Andhra Pradesh for Rs. 1,09,07499/- and Rs. 3,86,62 ,765/- for internal cost ofthe DPOs of Ananthapuramu Rs.1,67,11,6001-, Kurnool Rs. 1,06,72,1901- and Vizianagaram:Rs.1,12,78,9751- for conducting the TaRL programme in 3 districts during the year 2018-19as per MoU in the reference 3td cited.
The Finance Controller of this office is requested to release an amountof Rs. 4,95,70,264/- (Rupees Four Cores Ninety five lakhs Seventy thousand Twohundred and Sixty four only) to TaRL Programme (ie) 75% in lst installment as advanceto the Pratham Education Foundation, Andhra Pradesh for Rs. 1,09,07,499/- through on lineAccount No:000401106914, IFSC: ICIC 0000004, ICICI Bank Limited, Nariman Point,Mumbai and Rs. 3,86,62,765/- to release the DPOs online account of Ananthapuramu: Rs.1,67,11,6001-, Kurnool : Rs. 1,06,72,1901- and Yizianagaram: Rs. 1,12,78,975/- of internalcost to conducting the TaRL programme in 3 districts during the year 2018-19 as per MoU.
Further, The Project Officers of the Yizianagaram, Kurnool &Ananthapuram areinstructed to incur this budget as per the activities communicated vide MoU with the approvalof the District Collector & Chairman of districts concerned.
The Pratham Education Foundation, Andhra Pradesh is requested to submit theOriginal bills and vouchers along with Utilization Certificate to this office without fail.
The expenditure shall be met from the AWP&B, 2018-19, under major component ofQuality Intervention (sub- component of Funds for Quality, approved under ProjectInnovative Activities with Si. No: 53 (53.e: Teaching at Right Level (TaRL)).
