1. The attention of all the RDMAs. & Commissioners of (59) ULBs in the State where the Municipal Schools exists are invited to the reference cited, and they were informed that, keeping in view of the various representations received on Municipal Teacher Transfers 2018, a proposal for Municipal Teacher Transfers 2018 to the various categories of Teachers working in the Municipal Management under Spouse, Mutual and request grounds under Phase-I and General Transfers under Phase-Il have been submitted to the Government vide reference 2nd cited.
2. Now, Government is going to be issued certain guidelines to the Municipal Teacher Transfers request 2018 to the various categories of Teachers working in the Municipal Management under Spouse, Mutual, Request and the General Transfers, shortly.
3. Therefore all the Commissioners of (59) ULBs in the State are hereby instructed to evince personal attention and submit the existing vacancies available category/cadre wise in the prescribed necessary format and action furnish the same to the RDMAs concerned, immediately without fail, for taking further necessary action in the matter.
4. Further, all the RDMAs are hereby instructed to ascertain the vacancy position from the ULBs concerned and get ready with the existing vacancies available category/cadre wise in the prescribed format and furnish the same to this the office immediately without fail, for taking further necessary action in the matter.
5. Any deviations the in this regard will be viewed very seriously and disciplinary action will be initiated against the concerned officials.
