ORDER:-
    In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner of School Education & Ex-Officio Project Director, RMSA, A.P., has requested for sanction of Rs.6,89,32,000/- (Rupees Six Crore Eighty Nine Lakh Thirty Two Thousand only) towards payments for (6) agencies for services rendered by them during the gap period i.e. from 12.12.2009 to 04.07.2010 under ICT@1000 Scheme of RMSA under the Head of Accounts 2202-02-109-06-07-310/312” and due amounts to be paid to the agencies after levying applicable penalties as per MoU”

2.    In the G.O. 3rd read above, Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.6,89,32,000/- (Rupees Six Crore Eighty Nine Lakh Thirty Two Thousand only) from the BE provision 2018-19 towards payment for (6) agencies for services rendered by them during the gap period i.e. from 12.12.2009 to 4.7.2010 under ICT@1000 Scheme of RMSA duly revalidating the G.O. 1st read above.

3.    In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance Department in the G.O. 3rd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.6,89,32,000/- (Rupees Six Crore Eighty Nine Lakh Thirty Two Thousand only) from the BE provision 2018-19 towards payment for (6) agencies for services rendered by them during the gap period i.e. from 12.12.2009 to 4.7.2010 under ICT@1000 Scheme of RMSA under the head of account: 2202-02-109-06-07-310/312.”

4.    The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., shall take further necessary action accordingly.
