ORDER:-
IntheG.O.secondreadabove,theAndhraPradeshRightofChildrento
FreeandCompulsoryEducationRules,2010havebeenissued.Subsequently,
certainamendmentshavebeenmadetothesaidRulesvideG.Os.thirdand
fourthreadabove.

2. Inthefifthreadabove,thedepartmentofSchoolEducationandLiteracy,
Ministry ofHuman Resources Development,GovernmentofIndia have
requestedtoincorporateLearningOutcomesintheAndhraPradeshRightof
ChildrentoFreeandCompulsoryEducationRules,2010,asclause(c)ofsub-
rule(2)ofRule23oftheRightofChildrentoFreeandCompulsoryEducation
Rules,2010 (CentralRules)havebeen amended to includereferenceon
LearningOutcomes.

3. TheStateProjectDirector,SSAhasstatedthattheRule25(2)(c)ofthe
AndhraPradeshRightofChildrentoFreeandCompulsoryEducationRules,
2010mayalsobeconsideredforamendmentsimilarlyaspertheamendment
madetothesaidCentralRules,2010.

4. Government,havetherefore,decidedtoamendtheAndhraPradeshRight
ofChildren to Free and Compulsory Education Rules,2010,issued in
G.O.Ms.No.20,SchoolEducation(PE-Prog.I)Department,dated03.03.2011.

5. Accordingly,thefollowingnotificationwillbepublishedinanExtra
OrdinaryIssueoftheAndhraPradeshGazettedated:14.11.2017.

NOTIFICATION

Inexerciseofthepowersconferredbysub-section(1)ofsection38of
theRightofChildrentoFreeandCompulsoryEducationAct,2009(ActNo.35of
2009),the GovernmentofAndhra Pradesh hereby makes the following
amendmenttotheAndhraPradeshRightofChildrentoFreeandCompulsory
EducationRules,2010issuedinG.O.Ms.No.20,SchoolEducation(PE.Prog.I)
Departmentdatedthe3rdMarch,2011andasamendedsubsequentlyfromtime
totime:-

AMENDMENT

Inthesaidrules,forclause(c)ofsub-rule(2)ofrule25,thefollowing
shallbesubstituted,namely:-

“(c)(i)prepareclass-wise,subject-wiselearningoutcomesforall
elementaryclasses;and

(ii)prepareguidelinesforputtingintopracticecontinuousand
comprehensiveevaluation,toachievethedefinedlearning
outcomes(LearningOutcomesspecifiedbytheNCERT/
SCERTfrom classesItoVIIIareaddedasappendices
ItoVItothisG.O.)”.
