O R D E R:
In the Government Order 1st read above, Government have fixed among others the basic pay for eligibility of sanction of Personal computer Advance as Rs.26,300/-.
On the demands of the J.A.C., in the reference 2nd cited, the Group of Ministers have recommended for reduction of the basic pay from Rs.26,300/- to Rs.22,430/-.
Government have accepted the recommendations of the Group of Ministers and in the reference 3rd cited, it was requested to take further action.
Government after careful consideration of the recommendations of the Group of Ministers, and in modification of the existing orders in G.O. 1st read above, governing sanction of Personal Computer Advance to Government employees hereby fix the ceiling of the basic pay for availing the loan “ from Rs.26,300/- to Rs.22,430/-.”
All other conditions governing the sanction of the above advance under the existing Rules/Orders will continue.
These orders shall come into force with effect from the date of issue of this G.O.
