   School Education Department – BE 2016-17 – Administrative sanction for Rs.32,40,000/- (Rupees Thirty Two Lakhs Forty Thousands only) towards Procurement of Disability wise inventory of Equipment and Material required for resource room under IEDSS of RMSA Scheme - Orders – Issued.

1. From the Commissioner of School Education, A.P, Ibrahimpatnam,       Vijayawada, Lr.No.408/RMSA-AP/2014, dated: 10/11/2016.
2. G.O.Rt.No.391, Finance (FMUEDUCATION) Deptt., dt.3/3/2017.

 ORDER:  

     In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P has requested to release an amount of Rs.32,40,000/- (Rupees Thirty Two Lakh Forty Thousand Only) due to the enhanced sharing pattern of 60:40 (Central:State) towards Procurement of Disability wise inventory of Equipment and Material required for resource room under IEDSS of RMSA Scheme for the year 2015-16.

2.    In the G.O. 2nd read above, the Finance (FMU.Education) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.32,40,000/- (Rupees T hirty Two Lakh Forty Thousand Only) as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grants at the appropriate time during 2016-17 as revised Matching State Share towards Procurement of Disability wise Inventory of Equipment and Material required for resource room under IEDSS of RMSA Scheme under the following head of accounts:

3.    In pursuance of the Budget Release Order, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of School Education A.P,  for an amount of  Rs.32,40,000/- (Rupees Thirty Two Lakh Forty Thousand Only) as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grants at the appropriate time during 2016-17 as revised Matching State Share towards Procurement of Disability wise Inventory of Equipment and Material required for resource room under IEDSS of RMSA Scheme under the following head of accounts:

4.    The drawl  and disbursement  of the budget shall  be as  indicated in  the G.O.  2nd read above.

5.    The  Commissioner  of  School  Education,  AP,  Vijayawada  shall take  further  necessary action accordingly.
