O R D E R:
In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O 1st read above, Government have framed certain Rules to the Constitution of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services Joint Staff Council (State Level) and accordingly, every year Government have reconstitutes the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services Joint Staff Council (State level). In the G.O 2nd read above, Government by reconstitution of the A.P.Civil Services Joint Staff Council(State level) have sanctioned ‘Other Duty’ facility for the Office Bearers of the Member Associations of the A.P. Civil Services Joint Staff Council(State level) for the Calendar year 2016, on full time basis by keeping the post held by the Office Bearers nominated on the A.P. Civil Services Joint Staff Council vacant and allowing him/them to draw the pay and allowance from his/their parent Department. On the same analogy, A.P. Civil Services Joint Staff Council(State level)for the calendar year 2017, may have to be reconstituted.
2. In the references 3rd to 11th read above, the permanent member Associations / members on rotation basis of the A.P. Civil Services Joint Staff Council (State level) have requested the Government for sanction of Other Duty facility for the calendar year 2017, for the period from 01.01.2017 to 31.12.2017. The other member Associations, those who are eligible to nominate in the A.P.Civil Services Joint Staff Council (State level) for the calendar year 2017, have not yet represents the Government in this regard.
3. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for “Other Duty” facility to the Principal Office Bearers of the following Member Associations for the period as indicated against each Member Association on full time basis, by keeping the post / posts held by him / them vacant and allow him / them to draw pay and allowances from his / their respective parent department.
4. In respect of other member Associations, which are already included in the A.P. Civil Services Joint Staff Council (State Level), the permanent member Associations / members on rotation basis for the calendar year 2017, the “Other Duty” facility will be examined, after receipt of information from them.
5. The Departments of Secretariat / Heads of Departments concerned shall take necessary action accordingly.
