O R D E R:

      In the reference first read above, orders were issued according sanction for upgradation of 1450 posts of Language Pandits Grade - II and 1200 posts of Physical Educational Teachers working in Zilla Parishad / Government High Schools as School Assistants in the pay scale of Rs.28940-78910 in case of High Schools having a strength of 200 students and above throughout the state in first phase.

     2. In the reference second read above, the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department has proposed for upgradation of two hundred and eighty one (281) posts of Language Pandits Grade-II) and one hundred and ninety (190) posts of Physical Education Teachers as School Assistants in Municipal Schools in the State.

     3. The Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accords sanction for up-gradation of four hundred and seventy one (471) posts as School Assistants in the pay scale of Rs.28940-78910 as detailed below.

 1. Telugu Pandit Gr.II as School Assistant (Telugu)             – 142 

2. Hindi Pandit Gr.II as School Assistant (Hindi)                  – 124 

3. Urdu Pandit Gr.II as School Assistant (Urdu)                     - 12 

4. Sanskrit Pandit Gr.II as School Assistant (Sanskrit)          - 01 

5. Tamil Pandit Gr.II as School Assistant (Tamil)                    - 02 

6. Physical Education Teachers (PET) as School             Assistant (Physical Education)                                             - 190                       
                            Total - 471

4. Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.
