           It is informed that in the reference cited, guidelines and schedule were issued for the conduct of election of Chairman, Vice Chairman and members of School Management Committees in the Schools (except unaided private schools) in the state from 20.07.2016 to 26.07.2016.  The schedule was postponed by the Government

            The revised Schedule for conduct of election of Chairman, Vice Chairman and members of School Management Committees in the Schools (except unaided private schools) in the State from 26.07.2016 to 01.08.2016 is enclosed herewith.  I request you to issue instructions to the MEOs and HMs to conduct meeting of parents/guardians to constitute SMCs on 01.08.2016 positively.
