ORDER:
The Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad vide ref 1st read above has requested for sanction of the balance Matching State Share of Rs.137.75 lakhs (as per the Revised sharing pattern of 60 (GoI) : 40(State) instead of 75:25 from the financial Year 2015-16) as additional funds from B.E 2016-17 towards meeting the expenditure under Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan Scheme.
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Finance (FMU.Education) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.1,37,75,000/- (Rupees One Crore Thirty Seven Lakhs Seventy Five Thousand only) from the BE provision 2016-17 in relaxation of quarterly regulation orders as per revised sharing pattern of 60:40 instead of 75:25 towards meeting the expenditure under RMSA Scheme.
3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU.Education) Department vide reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.1,37,75,000/- (Rupees One Crore Thirty Seven Lakhs Seventy Five Thousand only) from the BE provision 2016-17 in relaxation of quarterly regulation orders as per revised sharing pattern of 60:40 instead of 75:25 towards meeting the expenditure under RMSA Scheme under the following Head of Accounts:2202-02-109-11-07-310/312, 2202-02-78911-07-310/312, 2202-02-796-11-07-310/312.
4. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
