ORDER:

In the reference 3rd  read above, the Deputy Accountant General(Funds),O/o the Accountant General of AndhraPradesh and Telangana has informed that the GPF duesarepaid to the deceased eligible familymembers.There is no column provided in the certificate prescribed in G.O.Ms.No. 237, Revenue (Ser.II) Dept.,dated:30-06-2015
for recording maritalstatus of the familymembers that causes delay in payment of GPFduesand requested to provide a separate column in the Family Member certificate for furnishing maritalstatus of the familymembers to facilitate/earlysettlemen to GPFdues.

2.In the reference 4th  read above, the SpecialChiefSecretaryandChiefCommissionerofLandAdministration,A.P.HyderabadwhileproposingforadditionofnewcolumnintheFamilyMembers Certificate ahsrequestedtoissueearly orders.

3.Governmentcareful examination ofthematterhereby approvetherevisedformatofFamily Members CertificateinplaceoftheearlierformatprescribedintheG.O. 2ndread above forissuanceofFamilymembersCertificatetotheGovernmentEmployees/GeneralPublicetc.,forallpurposesbythe Tahsildars.

4.The  revised model format of family members certificate to be  issued bythe Tahsildars  concerned is annexed  tothis order.

5.The SpecialChiefSecretaryandChiefCommissioner ofLandAdministration,AndhraPradesh,HyderabadshallcommunicatethisordertoallHeadsof Departmentsconcerned,theDistrictCollectorsandTahsildarsinthe State.(BYORDERANDINTHENAMEOFTHEGOVERNOROFANDHRA PRADESH)J.C.
