ORDER:
In the reference 1stread above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P.Hyderabad, has requested toprovide an amount ofRs.12991.08i.e Rs.6647.53 lakhsfor completion of civil works + 6343.55 lakhs for compound walls for model schoolbuildings under BE during 2016-17.
2.In the G.O. 2ndread above, Finance Department have issued Budget ReleaseOrder for an amount of Rs.10,00,00,000/-(RupeesTen Crores only)Planas additionalfunds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pendingprovision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grants at the appropriate time duringthe year2015-16towardson going works under Model Schools under the followingHead of Account:

3.In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU.Edn.)Department in the G.O. 2ndread above, Government hereby accord administrativesanction for anamount Rs.10,00,00,000/-(RupeesTen Crores only)Planas additionalfunds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pendingprovision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grants at the appropriate time duringthe year2015-16towardson going works under Model Schools under the followingHead of Account:

4.The procedure ofdrawal of fund is as mentioned in reference 2ndread above.
5.The Commissioner of the School Education, A.P., Hyderabad is requested totake necessary action in the matter.
