ORDER:
1. In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Hyderabad has requested the Government for release an amount of Rs.18873.30 Lakhs for completion of Phase-I & Phase-II Kitchen-cum-Store Rooms under MDM as the Government of India is requesting to complete the construction of Kitchen-cum-Store Rooms.
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Finance (FMU-Education) Department have released an amount of Rs.134,18,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred and Thirty Four Crores Eighteen Lakhs only) Plan as additional funds (Rs.95.20 Crores for Phase-I and Rs.38.98 Crores for Phase-II total of Rs.134.18 Crores) as Central share in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grants at appropriate time during the year 2015-16 towards construction of buildings for Kitchen-cum-Store Rooms under Mid Day Meal Scheme under the following Head of Account: 4202-01-201-12-08-530-531.
3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Government in Finance (FMU-Education) Department vide reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.134,18,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred and Thirty Four Crores Eighteen Lakhs only) Plan as additional fund (Rs.95.20 Crores for Phase-I and Rs.38.98 Crores for Phase-II total of Rs.134.18 Crores) as Central share in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grants at appropriate time during the year 2015-16 towards construction of buildings for Kitchen-cum-Store Rooms under Mid Day Meal Scheme under the under Head of Account: 4202-01-201-12-08-530-531. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad is also requested to draw the said amount and adjust to PD Account of APEWIDC.
4. The Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU-Education) Dept., vide their U.O.No.31352/316/FMU.EDN.SE/16, dated: 10.02.016 and G.O.Rt.No.35, Finance (FMU-Education) Dept., dated: 11.01.2016.
