    All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and  the District Educational Officers and Ex-Officio ProjectCoordinators. RMSA/ APMS, in the state are hereby informed that the power of issuing No Objection Certificates to pursue Higher studies by the regular teaching staff of AP Model Schools has been hereby delegated as the following:

(i) For Principals of AP Model Schools : by RJDSE concerned.
(ii) For PGTs I TGTs of AP Model School: by DEO concerned.

    Hence, they are here by instructed to act accordingly to issue No Objection Certificates. taking into consideration of rules in this regard, duly marking a copy to this office without fail.

    All the Principals of Model Schools in the state are also hereby instructed to process the proposals concerned accordingly.
