The Attention of all the Project Officers of SSA in the state are invited to thesubject read above, that the Biometric attendance to teachers as well as nonteaching staff has been implemented successfully across the State.
In this connection, they are informed that, the Department has decided toimplement Biometric attendance to Cluster Resource Persons CRPs, MIS Co-ordinators, Data Entry Operators, DLMTs, PTI etc., of MRCs across the state w.e.f.,O2.O7.2O 19. Accordingly all the Project Officers in the state are instructed to issuenecessary instructions to the MEOs, Headmasters to take up the implementation ofbiometric attendance of CRPs, MIS Co-ordinators, Data Entry Operators, DLMTs,PTI etc., effectively.
Further they are informed to see that the attendance of CRPs is captured atany school in their respective Clusters and attendance of MIS Co-ordinators, DataEntry Operators, DLMTs, PTI etc., is captured at MRC points on a daily basis asthe Biometric attendance is mandatory.
It is also informed that to take necessary steps regarding implementation ofthe e-Hazar as well as devices which are already available in MRCs and a-11 relatedissues may be look after with the coordination of the Nodal persons all readyavailable in the office of the DEOs in the State.
The above instructions should be followed scrupulously without any deviation.
