Departmental Tests, May, 2020 Session (Notification No.03/2020) examinations (Objective & Conventional papers) are scheduled to be held from 25.08.2020 to 01.09.2020 (Except 29th & 30th) in 117 venues across Andhra Pradesh for 172703 candidates in all papers.
All the Tests, except Language and Survey & Settlement Tests will be of Objective Type; the Language Tests and Survey & Settlement Tests will be of Conventional Type. The Objective Type is Computer Based Tests and Conventional Type is Offline Examinations.
The timings of the Examinations are as follows:
Objective type Papers:
Forenoon session: 10.00 AM to 12.00 Noon
Afternoon session: 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM
Conventional type Papers:
Forenoon session: 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM
Afternoon session: 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM
(For P.C.No.005 only 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM)
In view of the existing difficult conditions due to Covid-19, the unavailability of online examination centers and faced with an unexpectedly large number of candidates, Commission is compelled to allot candidates to places other than their districts. While requesting candidates to bear with the Commission, it is informed that every care has been taken to allot them to centers nearer to their home districts and request made to APSRTC to run buses to and from all districts to provide them with hassle free transport. Candidates may also rest assured that all safety precautions are being taken in view of the Covid-19 situation.
