ORDER:
     The following  notification  of Government  of India,  Ministry  of Personnel, Public Grievances  &  Pensions, Department of  Personnel  and Training, New Delhi,  No.S.O.886(E),  dated  27.02.2020 is  republished  in  the Andhra Pradesh Gazette:-

MINISTRY  OF  PERSONNEL,  PUBLIC  GRIEVANCES  & PENSIONS

NOTIFICATION 

New Delhi,  the  27 February,2020 

S.O. 886(E).— In  exercise  of the  powers conferred by sub–section  (2) of section  4 of  the Administrative  Tribunals  Act,  1985  (13 of  1985),  the Central Government hereby makes  the  following amendment  in  the notification  of  the  Government of  India  in the  Ministry  of  Personnel, Public Grievances  and Pensions, Department  of  Personnel and Training, published in  the  Gazette  of  India,  Extraordinary,  Part  II,  Section  3,  Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R.  30(E), dated the 14th January, 2020,  namely:- 

     In  the  said  notification,  for  paragraph 1,  the  following  paragraph shall be  substituted,  namely:– 

     “And  whereas,  the Government  of  the  State of  Andhra Pradesh  has  now made  a request for  abolition of  the  Andhra  Pradesh  Administrative Tribunal”.         
2.  This notification  shall  be  deemed  to  have  come  into  effect  from  the 14th  day  of  January,  2020.

Explanatory Memorandum    

    In the  notification  published in the  Gazette  of  India, Extraordinary, Part  II, Section 3,  Sub-section (i),  vide  number  G.S.R. 30  (E) dated the  14th January, 2020 which have rescinded  the notification number G.S.R 928 (E),  dated  the 26th  October,  1989,  due to  typographical  error,  it  was mentioned  that  the  Government  of  the State of  Andhra  Pradesh  after obtaining the  concurrence  of  the  High Court of  Andhra  Pradesh had made  a request  for abolition  of the Andhra Pradesh  Administrative  Tribunal. Necessary  amendment is required  to  be  made  retrospectively from  the date  of  notification  to  correct the  said  typographical error.  It is certified that none  will be  adversely affected  by  the  retrospective  effect being given to  the  amendment  notification.
Note  : The  principal notification  was published in the  Gazette  of  India, Extraordinary,  Part  II, Section 3,  Sub-section (i),  vide  number  G.S.R. 30 (E)  dated  the 14th  January,  2020.
