     I invite your' attention to the references cited, In the reference 1st cited, certain Teacher representatives has submitted that during 2017 the Municipal Education Authorities have taken up Rationalization as per G.0.MS.No.210, dt 23-05-2017, accordingly teachers were transfer from OHe. place to another place or one ULB to another ULB as per rnlfs iIJ force; but surplus posts were not transferred along with person. Hence tliey Iiave requested to transfer surplus posts from Orte .schcol to another school on need basis keeping in view of GO.MS.No.210, dated. 23-05-20,l 7. Due to this reason various Issues have taken place in Municipal Schools. Further he has stated that the posts are to be transferred as per need basis keeping in view ofGO.MS.No,.2 JO' and other guidelines there in.

2.   In the reference 2th cited, the Hon'ble MLC Kadapa, Ananthapur, Kurnool Teacher's Constituency has requested to sanction the necessary, post as per student strength.

3.   In the reference 3rd cited, Government have requested this office to examine the issue and take further necessary action in the matter.

4.   Therefore, all the RDMAs and the Commissioners of the GVMC and VMC .are requested to 'examine the issue carefully and to identify the surplus posts and deficit posls as per G.0.Ms.No.210 and furnish the details District wise as per Service Rules, 2,°016. in the prescribed proforma attached to this letter, to this office within .a week positively; SO' as to subm it the necessary proposals· to the Government. ·
