Read the following:- From the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Lr.Rc.No. 930/C1/WOP/2019, dt:12.02.2019,21.02.2019,26.02.2019,02.4.2019 & 01.08.2019.
ORDER :
In the circumstances reported by the DGP, A.P., Mangalagiri, in the reference 1st read above, Government, after careful consideration, have decided to withdraw prosecution pertain to all the cases registered in connection with demanding for Special Category Status to Andhra Pradesh.
2. The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Mangalagiri is therefore requested to instruct the concerned Public Prosecutors/ Assistant Public Prosecutors to file a petition for withdrawal of prosecution against all the accused involved in the cases in connection with demanding for Special Category Status to Andhra Pradesh expeditiously.
