Itis proposed to Honour the children with Bala Ratna I Bala Surya Awards for the year 2019-20.
In this context it is informed that the District level selectoon processes shall be made with the Assistance of Deputy Educational Officers/Drawing & Disbursing Officers, Superintendents of Bal Bhavans / Bal Kendras concerned.
It Is here with appended the guidelines for the selection process at the District level. The process of selections shall be completed on or before 30.09.2019.
The names of selected candidates from each Bal Bhavans / Bal Kendras shall reach this office on or before 07.10.2019 by 5 pm positively together with Bio data, evaluation sheets etc. Hence District Educational Officers, Deputy Educational Officer, Superintendents of Bal Bhavans / Bal Kendras concerned is requested to take necessary steps to conduct the selection process duly following the guidelines by giving Vlde publicity and see that more number of children are participated in the District level selection process. The Superintendents of concerned Bal Bhavans/Bal Kendras shall furnish report with paper clippings. Photos etc be the above said date.
