Government in the reference 1st read above have issuedBudget Release Order to meet the expenditure for payment ofContingencies under Head of Account 2202-02-109-11-06-310-312.
Sanction is hereby accorded for drawl of an amount of Rs.5,00,00,000/- (Rupees five crores) only and the expenditure is debitedto Head of Account 2202-02-109-11-06-310-312 as per the CBRO.
The District Educational Ofcers in the State areinstructed to strictly follow the guidelines to meet the expenditure fromthe budget allotted vide reference 2nd read above under para 7 (c) and 7(d) points as shown below :-
Note:- The above is showing the release of full budget for entireFinancial Year 2019-20 and the Quarter wise budget will be releasedthrough Online by the Government through Treasury / CFMS from time totime.
The Treasury Ofcers in the State are requested to honour the bills for the above released amounts.
