O R D E R:
In the reference 9th read above, Government have lifted the existing ban on transfer of employees imposed vide reference 8th read above for the period from 25th June, 2019 to 5th July, 2019 to ensure right placement of employees to secure optimum productivity and commitment to furtherance of Government’s development objectives.
2. In the references 10th and 11th read above, the respective Associations have requested to extend the relaxation of ban on transfers.
3. Government, after careful examination have decided to relax the ban on transfers issued in the reference 9th read above up to 10th July, 2019. The ban on transfers shall come into force with effect from 11th July, 2019.
