Subject:- Seminar on the subject of "Human Resources Development and Right to Information Acts 2005" on 09-08-2019,
This is to inform that Central Information Commission (CIC) will be holding a Seminar on "Human Resources Development and Right to Information Act, 2005" on 9.8.2019 at Scope Complex, Lodi Road, New Delhi-110 003 in partnership with MHRD. CIC has requested this Ministry to identify speakers who can address or make presentations in the seminar.
2. In this regard, all Bureau Heads in D/o HE are requested to identify willing speakers from within the Bureau and also direct Educational Institutions (Autonomous Bodies) under their administrative control to nominate academicians and researchers willing to contribute as speakers and presenters along with the designated CPIOs for the proposed seminar. The nomination for participation as CPIO or as presenter / speaker along with power-point may be shared at the e-mail id: Islaw-cic@gov.in by 25.07.2019 positively (CIC cal] for presentation is enclosed for ref.).

CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS
Central Information Commission proposes to organise a Seminar on"Human Resource Development and Right to lnformatiorl' in the first week of August,2019 at Deihl. Well researched original presentaHons, including case studies are invited for the Seminar from academicians, practitioners, researchers, NGOs/civil society groups, students and other stakeholders. Interested persons are requested to send presentations in MS Power-point (•.ppt OR •.pptx OR *.odt), to Joint Secretary (Law) in the Commission along with the following Information:
• Full Name and brief Bio-data of the Presenter
• Contact Details of the Presenter
The presentations may be submitted to Islaw-cic@gov.in before 25 July 2019,
specifying the subject as "CIC Seminar on Human Resource Development and Right to lnformat act.
