ORDER:
In the reference 3rd cited, Sri A.V. Subba Rao, Section Officer, Finance Department has requested to sanction (1) day of casual leave i.e., on 05.03.2019 with permission to avail prefix public holidays on 02.03.2019, 03.03.2019 and 04.03.2019 and also permit to leave the headquarters to avail LTC to go to “Tirupathi – Tirumala (Chittoor District)” along with his wife Smt. A. Lakshmi Sri (51 years) and back to headquarters, during the block period of 2019-20 (Anywhere A.P.).
2. Government after careful examination hereby sanction (1) day of casual leave i.e., on 05.03.2019 with permission to avail prefix public holidays on 02.03.2019, 03.03.2019 and 04.03.2019 and also permitted to leave the headquarters and to avail LTC to go to “Tirupathi – Tirumala (Chittoor District)” along with his wife Smt. A. Lakshmi Sri (51 years) and back to headquarters, during the block period of 2019-20 (Anywhere A.P.).
3. Necessary entries of the availment of Leave Travel Concession by the individual have been recorded in the Service Register of the individual and the fact shall be certified in the bill in which the detailed T.A. is claimed.
4. The individual is requested to submit the detailed Travelling Allowance Bill as detailed in the reference second read above.
5. Certified that the individual has not availed Leave travel concession previously during this block period 2019-20 (Anywhere A.P.).
6. Finance (Claims) Department are requested to draw & credit the amount to the Officer’s Bank A/c through ECS.
