    All the District Educational officers in the state are informed that “EnergizingTextbook Division” of SCERT - Andhra Pradesh is introducing “Exam Prep initiativethrough QR codes” which will improve the confidence of the students appearing for 10thclass examination and will reinforce their learning process.             

This initiative is a first in India to provide digital assistance for exam preparation through QR Codes             

A state-wide tech-enabled initiative called “Exam Prep” is starting from 11th of February to support all the 10th grade students as they prepare for their examinations.             

Every week, experts from the state will be creating and uploading a new set ofquestions and video solutions, once a week for 5 weeks starting 11-02-2019. The contentcan be accessed by scanning the QR-Code in “Student corner” which is at the beginning of1st chapter in each book of 10th class non-language text books.           

Each week’s content will consist of 10 questions and corresponding video solutions which will be uploaded on 11th Feb’19, 18th Feb’19, 25th Feb’19, 4th March’19 &11th March’19 respectively.             

In this connection the District Educational Officers are requested to instruct all the Non-Language  teachers of X class to access the content by scanning the student cornerQR Code.           

The DEOs and teachers should ensure that students are made aware of this facility by enacting the process of scanning the QR code with the mobiles in the classroomsfor the benefit of students from all schools (Private schools, Municipal schools,Socialwelfare schools, Tribal welfare, KGBV, all local body and government schools)             

In order to ensure maximum reach of this service, the DEOs are requested to send SMSs, Watsapp messages to the teacher community and inform local newspapers about this initiative.
