Subject: Regarding Grant of Special Casual Leave (SCL) from 21st to 28th November,2018 to the participants of AlPTF's 28th Biennial Educational Conference held on23rd to 26th November, 2018 at Bodhgaya, Bihar.


Sir.

      I am directed to say that All India Primary Teachers' Federation (AIPTF) has proposed to organize 28th Biennial Educational Conference from 23rd to 26th November,2018 at Bodhgaya, Bihar,

2.    In order to enable maximum number of teachers to participate in the above saidConference, the AIPTF has requested that State Governments/Union TerritoriesAdministration may grant Special Casual Leave/Duty Leave from 21st to 28th November,2018 to Primary, Upper primary School Teachers and eminent educators from all over the country for attending the Conference which is to be held at Bodhgaya, Bihar from 23r to 26th November, 2018.

3.    It is, therefore, requested that you may kindly consider granting Special CasualLeave/Duty Leave to teachers of your State/UT to attend the Conference as per DOP&T Rules for Casual Leave (CL) & Special Casual Leave (SCL) Chapter-VII(b) SOL for Union Association Activities.

4.    The All India Primary Teachers' Federation (AIPTF) will be asked to issue a certificate to participants who attended the Conference.

5.    This issues with the approval of Secretary (SE&L).
