ORDER: 
    In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, A.P.,  in the reference 4th read above, and in terms of the orders issued in the references 1st and 2nd read above, Government hereby constitute the Departmental Promotion Committee to effect  promotions to the initial Gazetted Posts of Assistant Directors of School Education, for the panel years 2018-19 and 2019-20, with the following members: 
1. Commissioner of School Education,   Andhra Pradesh.  -   Member/Convenor

2. The Director of Public Libraries, A.P.    -    Member

3. The Deputy Secretary to Government/Joint Secretary   to Government/Additional Secretary to Government, Education (SE-Ser.I) Department, A.P. Secretariat.   -     Member

2.    The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., shall take necessary action accordingly.
