The District Educational Officer, Kumool In the reference read above, has Informed that before Up-gradation of the Upper Primary Schools Into High Schools,the concerned Mandal Educational Officers have been drawing salaries to the teachers. After up gradation of UP Schools Into High Schools, the HMs of adjacent High Schools under the same management was kept as Drawing and Disbursing Officer to draw the salaries of the upgraded Schools. The DEO, Kumool stated that certain STOs raised the objection that there Is no posslbllity of assigning ODO login to the other persons outside the school under CFMS.
As such,the District Educational Officer Kurnool is hereby Instructed to draw salaries to the teachers working In the Up-graded High schools through the Mandal Educational Officer concerned from their ODO codes (MEO ODO Codes), until further orders.
All the other District EducationalOfficers in the State are also Instructed to take action accordingly.
The above Instructions shall be followed scrupulously.
