    I am to inform you that Sri Asutosh Mishra IAS (Retd) as Pay Revision Commissioner is visiting Rajahmundry on 11. and Visakhapatnam on 12. October, 2018. The objective of the proposed meeting is to elicit the views of the local branches of Associations on general issues, and service matters included in the Questionnaire sent earlier vide Commission's reference 52010/18/2018/PRC I dated 25.07.2018 and also to give them an opportunity to explain the issue already raised by them in their representations filed before the Commission, up to the last date of submission i.e., 20. September, 2018. The Service Associations including employees of the Universities and Pensioners Associations can meet the Pay Revision Commissioner at the R&B Guest House Beside Arts College Central Jail Road Rajahmundry on 11. October between 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and in the Conference Hall Zilla Parishad Office Visakhapatnam between 10 a.m to 1.00 p.m on 12. October, 2018.

    I request you to communicate the above tour programme of the Pay Revision Commissioner to all the local service and pensioners' Associations with a request to avail this opportunity.
