ORDER:-
In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh has stated that Govt. of India vide their lr.F.No.5-1/2018/MDM 2-1, dt.7/9/2018 has released the 35% of balance of 1st Installment of Recurring Central Assistance of an amount of Rs.7846.01 Lakh (Rs.7822.37 Lakhs + 23.64 Lakhs) to Govt. of Andhra Pradesh for National Programme of Mid Day Meal in Schools for the year 2018-19 for I–VIII classes. Hence, she has requested for sanction and release Rs.12391.87 lakhs (Central Share Rs.7846.01 lakhs and State Matching share Rs.4545.86 lakhs for implementation of Mid Day Meal scheme.
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.2,84,00,000/- (Rupees Two crore eighty four lakhs only) as additional funds (Balance Central share (60%) under TSP HoA (Rs.780.68 Lakhs – Rs.496.68 Lakhs) ) towards implementation of Midday Meal scheme in the State for the financial year 2018-19. Further, in the G.O. 3rd read above, Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.121,07,87,000/- (Rupees One hundred twenty one crore seven lakhs eighty seven thousand only) from the BE provision 2018-19 (Rs.7562.01 Lakhs as Central Share (60%) + Rs.4545.86 Lakhs as Matching State Share (40%)) towards implementation of Mid Day Meal Scheme in the State for the financial year 2018-19.
3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU. Education) Department vide G.O. 3rd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.121,07,87,000/- (Rupees One hundred twenty one crore seven lakhs eighty seven thousand only) from the BE provision 2018-19 (Rs.7562.01 Lakhs as Central Share (60%) + Rs.4545.86 Lakhs as Matching State Share (40%)) towards implementation of Mid Day Meal Scheme in the State for the financial year 2018-19 under the following Head of Accounts:-
