19 సంత్సరాలు సర్వీసు పూర్తి చేసి వాలంటరి రిటైర్మెంట్ తీసుకోవటానికి అవకాశం ఉందా ?

వాలంటరి రిటైర్మెంట్ తీసుకోవటానికి 20 సంవత్సరాల సర్వీసు తప్పక ఉండాలి. ఐతే 20 సంవత్సరాల సర్వీసు లేకుండానే ఒక టీచర్ కి G.O.Ms.No.51, Dated: 24-08-2013 ప్రకారం వాలంటరి రిటైర్మెంట్ కి అవకాశం కల్పించారు. ప్రభుత్వం ద్వారా ప్రత్యేక ఉత్తర్వులు పొందవలసి ఉంటుంది.

3. From the Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P.,Hyderabad, Letter Rc.No.1816/D2-4/2012, dt. 20.03.2013.

ORDER:

      In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad, in the letters 1st and 3rd read above and after careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby accord permission to Sri G. V.Pavan Kumar, School Asst., ZPHS, Kalavalapudi, Venkatagiri (M), SPSR Nellore District, to go on Voluntary Retirement on private affairs from 01.09.2013, in relaxation of Rule 43 of APRP Rules 1980. 

2.    The Government hereby direct the Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad, to sanction pension proportionate to his service completed, as the individual has not rendered required service of (20) years, to sanction full pension as eligible under the rules in force. 

3.    The Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad, shall take necessary action accordingly. The Service Register of the applicant received in the ref. 3rd read above, is herewith returned. 

4.    This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FR.1) Dept., vide their U.O.No. 10261/64/A1/Pen.II/13, dated 24.06.2013.
