నాకు ఉద్యోగం రాకముందు పాప ఉంది. ఉద్యోగం లో చేరిన తరువాత ఒకసారి ప్రసూతి సెలవు వాడుకున్నాను. మరొక పర్యాయం ప్రసూతి సెలవు వాడుకోవచ్చునా ?
ఇద్దరు జీవించి ఉన్న పిల్లలు వరకు మాత్రమే ప్రసూతి సెలవు మంజూరు చేయబడుతుంది. బిడ్డ పుట్టినది ఉద్యోగం రాక పూర్వమా? వచ్చిన తరువాతా? అనే దానితో నిమిత్తం లేదు. కావున మూడవ బిడ్డకి ప్రసూతి సెలవు కి మీకు అవకాశం లేదు.
