ORDER:  

 In the reference 3rd read above, the Commissioner of  School Education, A.P. Hyderabad has requested for issue of  BRO and Administrative Sanction orders for an amount of Rs.2057.07 lakhs as 2nd instalment for providing of Mid Day Meal in Drought Affected Areas in summer vacation in the State under MDMS for I–VIII classes for the year 2016-17 to avoid  hardship to the cooking agencies and for smooth implementation of the programme.

2.   In the reference 4th read above, Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.20,57,07,000/- (Rupees Twenty Crores, Fifty Seven Lakhs, Seven Thousand only) from the BE provision 2016-17 in relaxation of quarterly regulation orders (Rs.1130.02 lakhs as Central Share, Rs.663.24 lakhs as State Share and Rs.263.81 lakhs as additional commitment of Rs.1/- for cooking cost) as 2nd instalment for providing of Mid day Meal in drought affected areas in summer vacation in the State under MDM Scheme for I to VIII classes for the year 2016-17.

3.  In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU-Education) Department vide G.O. 4th read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Vijayawada for an amount of Rs.20,57,07,000/- (Rupees Twenty Crores, Fifty Seven Lakhs, Seven Thousand only) from the BE provision 2016-17 in relaxation of quarterly regulation orders (Rs.1130.02 lakhs as Central Share, Rs.663.24 lakhs as State Share and Rs.263.81 lakhs as additional commitment of Rs.1/- for cooking cost) as 2nd instalment for providing of Mid day Meal in drought affected  areas in summer vacation in the State under MDM Scheme for I to VIII classes for the year 2016-17 under the following heads of account:-
