                 All the District Educational Officers, Principals DIETs, Project Officers of SSA Secretaries of all Residential Institutions in the Stae are informed that, as per the reference 3rd cited above Parents, Teacher Unions and Teacher MLCs are represented the Commissioner of School Education to change the timings of Summative III Examinations which will be held from 12.04.2016 to 22.04.2016.

Keeping in view of the representations Commissioner of School Education pleased to change the timings as mentioned below.

I st Session of Examination	7.30 AM. to 10.15 A.M. (15 Minutes for reading the question paper)
2nd Session of Examination	11.00 A.M. to 1.45 P.M. (15 Minutes for reading the question paper)

All the Distric Educational Officers in the State are instructed to follow the New Timings and remetnbe there is no change in schedule of examination and inform the same to the field functionaries.
