The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference cited and informed that as per the Academic Calendar 2024-25, Dasara Holidays were originally scheduled from 04.10.2024 to 13.10.2024 (10 days) for all Primary and High Schools in the State, under various managements including Govt., ZPP/MPP, Aided, Private un-aided Schools.
In response to multiple requests received from certain Teachers Associations, the Government has decided to revise the Dasara holiday to 03.10.2024 to 13.10.2024 instead from 04.10.2024 to 13.10.2024. The schools will be re-opened on 14.10.2024 (Monday)..
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are instructed to disseminate the above information to all the field level functionaries and Headmasters of all managements of the schools within their jurisdiction.
