Find the gaps and reasons for not achieving expected learning outcomes.

Suggestions may be given the teachers in all academic aspects which help to improve effectiveness in teaching.

Give academic guidance and support to the teachers and write the remarks in the Academic Guidance Register (AGR).

Fix the target to achieve the expected learning outcomes.

If there is no improvement in the standards of the students up to some extent by the next visits, submit a compliance report to the higher authorities.
