ORDER :                       
    The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education andthe District Educational Officers in the state are invited to the reference 3rdcited, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P., Amaravati has issued ordersas the extension of one year service is in contradiction of the Act.4 of 2014,published in AP Gazette on 27th June,2014 wherein the age of Superannuationof all the employees in the State is specified as 60 years and addressed to theGovernment for clarification and to withhold such claims until further orders inthe matter as per G.O.Ms.No. 101, School Education (General) Department, dated 31-12-2018.           

    In the reference 4th read above, the Commissioner of School Education,A.P., Amaravati have already issued instructions to the all the Regional JointDirectors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the Statenot to continue the Teachers/HM's who got National and State Best TeacherAwards beyond the retirement day, until the clarification orders are receivedfrom the Government on the matter. Accordingly, pension cases suchteachers/Headmasters  may be processed and settled.           

    In the reference 5th read above, the Commissioner of School Education,A.P., Amaravati has already informed to the all the Regional Joint Directors ofSchool Education and the District Educational Officers in the State is hereby keptin abeyance until further orders from Government.         

    In view of the above, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Educationand the District Educational Officers in the State are requested  to permit all such teachers to retire immediately w.e.f  the date of their superannuationand process their pension proposals to the Accountant General (A&E), Andhra
Pradesh, Amaravati without any further delay and report compliance.
