1. Judgement of the Spl. Judge for SPE and ACB cases cum III Addl. Dist. Judge, Visakhapatnam, dated 30.04.2018 in CC No. 51/2006.
2. From the DG, ACB, AP, Lr. Rc. No. 230/RCA-VSK/2005-S.12, dated 16.05.2018 and 28.05.2018.
3. Govt. Memo. No. 23255/SE:Vig.I(1)/2005, dated 22.11.2018.
4. From Sri S. Dhrarma Raju, DEO (Rtd), Lr., dated Nil, received through Lr. Rc. No. 167/Vig.I/2005, dt. 04.01.2019 of the CSE.
5. From Sri S. Dhrarma Raju, DEO (Rtd), Lr., dated 08.03.2019.

ORDER:
     Whereas, Sri S. Dharma Raju, former DEO, Srikakulam and now retired has been found guilty u/s 248(2) Cr.PC, for the offence u/s 13(2) r/w 13(1)(e) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and convicted. He was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 3 years and to pay a fine of Rs. 1,00,000/-, in CC No. 51/2006 by the Spl. Judge for SPE and ACB cases cum III Addl. Dist. Judge, Visakhapatnam.

2.  And whereas, it is considered that the conduct of the said Sri S. Dharma Raju, former DEO, Srikakulam and now retired, which has led to his conviction is such, as to warrant the imposition of the penalty of 100% cut in pension permanently and gratuity.

3.  After careful examination of the matter, in exercise of the powers conferred by rule 25(i) of APCS (CCA) Rules, 1991 read with rule 9 of AP Revised Pension Rules, 1980, Government, hereby impose the penalty of Penalty of 100% cut in pension permanently and  gratuity against Sri S. Dharma Raju, former DEO, Srikakulam and now retired.

4.   The Commissioner of School Education, AP shall take necessary action accordingly.
