ABSTRACT  

Transport Department – APSRTC – Merger of APSRTC Establishment with the GoAP as recommended by the Expert Committee – Constitution of Working Group to submit their study details and plan of action to the Committee constituted to complete the process of merger of Establishment of Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) with GoAP- Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
1.   In the Government Order 4th read above, a Committee with the following members  was constituted to examine all the aspects related to the process of merger of Establishment of Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) with GoAP, as per the Terms of Reference :-


2.   The above Committee met on 23.10.2019 at 10.00 AM in the Conference Hall, Ground Floor, 5th Block, A.P. Secretariat, Amaravati to discuss on the aspects related to Merger of APSRTC with the GoAP based on the Terms of Reference (ToR) mentioned in Govt. Order 4th read above. During the elaborate discussions on Terms of Reference, it is felt necessary to form a Working Group to study the micro details of ToR and the steps to be taken by various Departments of Government of AP in order to complete the process of Merger of Establishment of APSRTC.
3.   Accordingly, with the consent of the Members / Secretaries concerned, Government hereby constitute a Working Group with the following members:-


4.   Convener The Working  Group  shall conduct detailed  study,  prepare action  plan on  various subjects  mentioned  in  ToR,  such  as  creation  of  PTD,  creation  of  posts  and  designations  in PTD, matching  the  Pay  Scales,  Service  conditions  applicable  to  various  categories  of employees, CCA  Regulations,  takeover  of Establishment  matters  into APCFMS  for  payment of  wages etc., and submit  their  study details  and plan  of  action  to the Committee mentioned  in  para  –(1)  above,  on  or  before  15.11.2019.

5.   The Deputy  Secretary  (Transport),  T,R&B  Department shall take necessary  action accordingly.
